Welcome to Sensi Beauty Lounge!

Sensi Beauty Lounge provides an ultimate calm and relaxation. Whether you’re stopping by for a quick service or a luxurious treatment, you will be immersed in a nurturing procedures that you could be so satisfied with your experience – BECAUSE YOU DESERVE IT!

All of our staff are certified by California Stare Board and have many years of experience. In addition, we are fun, professional, and love what we do!

We believe in high quality and if you are not satisfied with your experience, please let us know and we will do our best to make it better. Our work is our reputation so we want the best for our clients.

OUR POLICY

At Sensi Beauty Lounge, we strive to give the best possible service to each and every client. In order for us to maintain an exceptional timely experience for all clients, we encourage you to arrive at least five to ten minutes ahead of your scheduled appointment. Any client who comes late will impact our ability to maintain a high quality level of service for all.

All appointments will be held for up to 10 minutes but please note that your late arrival will determine the length of your service and you will be responsible for a full service price. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late after your scheduled appointment, we deserve the right to reschedule your service.

We understand that emergencies happen that require last minute cancellation but please inform us as soon as possible, otherwise your appointment will be marked as NO SHOW and we reserve the right to charge a $15 flat fee towards your next appointment. If you are unable to keep your appointment, please kindly give us at 24 hours notice in advance.

Walk-ins are always welcome but subject to availability of our technicians. We will do our best to work with you to find and appropriate time for an appointment. You are always welcome to wait for the next available technician if you have time.

SANITATION AND CLEANLINESS

We clean and sanitize all tools and equipment after every use. We keep all clean tools in a hospital-grade sanitary pouches

  • We use new liner in our spa pedicure chair for every client and discarded after each and every use
  • We clean and sanitize all our pedicure bowls after each and every client
  • We never double dip in our paraffin wax treatment or in our wax services
  • We never share or reuse non-metals files, buffers, foot files, toe separators, and flip-flops.
